The technology obtained thru the investments in research
and development can be transfer to other company's by royalties payment.
This kind of transference can be done by patent exploration, trademark
licensing, technology providing, franchise and Furnishing Services of
technical Assistence. To give value to the contract against third parts
the contract must be register at the INPI and must be in accordance with
the industrial property law.
The documents and informations needed to elaborate and file a technology transfer contract in Brazil will depend on the nature of the contract, but they generally are:

Contract must be signed by the contractants and legalized in three original copies; |
