As a creative person, the man many times express the feelings by producing a creation materialized in books, words, drawings, cartoons, movies, images, music, sculptures and other ways to express himself or an idea. All this spirit creations could be and should be protected by the registration in the official offices that are in Brazil Fine Arts School, National Library Foundation and Audio and Visual Development Ministry.
The documents and informations needed to elaborate and file a copyright application in Brazil will depend of the nature of the copyright, but they generally are:

3 copyies of the creation signed by the author; |

Copy of the ID Card, Taxpayer's identification and complete qualification of the author with address proof; |

Transference Rights Document (in case of copyright requested by the company); |

|
Company Articles documents and amendments (if the application is requested by the company); |

|
Power of Attorney (Provided by our company). |
